Secretary for Foreign Affairs Enrique A. Manalo (right) received State Secretary to the Minister of Foreign Affairs Johanna Sumuvuori (left) of the Republic of Finland for a courtesy call on 25 January 2023. The Secretary and the State Secretary discussed numerous engagements and cooperation between the Philippines and Finland. State Secretary Sumuvuori was in Manila as co-chair to the 7th iteration of the Philippines-Finland Political Consultations held on the same day.
