The Philippine Embassy assists Filipinos who wish to apply for the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance in terms of fingerprinting on the card form.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Fill-out NBI Form (available at the Embassy) and fingerprinting at the Embassy before a Consular personnel
• One (1) colored photo (size: 2” x 2”)
• Photocopy of the Passport data page of the applicant
• Processing fee of 350 SEK to be paid via Swish (for applicants from Sweden) or cash (for applicants from Finland)
• If applicant wishes to receive their document by mail: Self-addressed, self-stamped envelope

Processing of the NBI clearance in the Philippines. Send the Form, together with an Authorization Letter, to your representative in the Philippines who may process the clearance with the NBI.
