H.E. Ambassador Patrick A. Chuasoto invited Flair Bartender Mr. Dennis Barela Adiuba to perform at the diplomatic reception held to celebrate the 127th Anniversary of the Philippine Independence Day, on 23 May 2025 (Friday), at the Embassy of the Philippines.

In his remarks, Ambassador Chuasoto underscored the Embassy’s goal to promote and impart a taste of the Philippines through some of the Philippines’ best liquor.

One of the evening’s highlights were the performances of Mr. Dennis Barela Adiuba, a Madrid-based Filipino and a flair bartending champion, who showcased his bartending skills to the delight of the crowd. He also concocted Philippine Mojito, ARC & Tonic, and The Dewy Gimlet for guests.

Don Papa Rum, Archipelago ARC Gin and Vodka, and Tarsier’s The Dewy Gimlet are available at the Systembolaget, a government-owned chain of liquor stores in Sweden where all alcoholic drinks are sold.
