30 October 2024, Finland - H.E. Ambassador of the Philippines Maria Lumen B. Isleta, awarded a certificate of appreciation and a token gift to Consul Maria Kauppinen, a.h., on Tuesday, 22 October 2024, in Helsinki, Finland.

Ambassador Isleta conveyed her appreciation for Consul Kauppinen for her exemplary service rendered to the Filipino community and the Finnish public in Finland and her invaluable support to the team of the Embassy of the Philippines in Stockholm in both consular and economic diplomacy missions.
