31 October 2023 - H.E. Ambassador Maria Lumen B. Isleta met Ms. Carina Nilsson, Chairman of the City Council in Malmö, Sweden, on Friday, 27 October 2023 and discussed matters of mutual interest such as the city’s demand for healthcare workers and its initiatives concerning sustainability and developing a circular economy.

Ambassador Isleta was given a tour of the City Hall by Mayor Nilsson herself, followed by a typical Swedish fika (Swedish coffee/tea).

Also present during the meeting was Deputy Chief of Mission and Consul General Gines Jaime Ricardo D. Gallaga. END.
