Attention to All Overseas Voters in Sweden and Finland


In preparation for the upcoming National Elections in 2025, the Commission on Elections (COMELEC) released the following lists of voters who may need to update their information at the nearest Philippine Embassy or Consulate:


1. List of Overseas Voters with No Biometrics and Incomplete Biometrics (Photo and Signature):

4. Lists of Overseas Voters Marked as Transfer from Post to Local (Philippines) (Pursuant to Section 13 of COMELEC Resolution No. 10941):

Filipino nationals in Sweden and Finland whose names are in the above lists are requested to visit the Philippine Embassy in Stockholm or one of its consular outreach missions to update their voter registration records on or before 30 September 2024.


Please accomplish the Overseas Voter Registration Form and present the original and one copy of your valid Philippine passport and proof of current Filipino citizenship to complete the process.


If you registered with the Philippine Embassy and do not see your name on the list, no action is required from your end.
